Position Title: Roadmapping Team Member

Organization name: Organization for Transformative Works

Committee/Workgroup: Organizational Culture Roadmap Workgroup

Reports to: Roadmapping Team Workgroup Heads

Time Requirements: 1-5 hrs/week

Term: 1 year with opportunity to continue

Role overview: Team Members provide assistance to roadmapping goals and provide admin assistance within the team. This role is very adaptable to what you want it to be, joining or leading projects as you prefer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help draft project plans/drafts of goal items
• Review/beta drafts of statements/project plans
• Check-in with committees regarding relevant goals
• Provide support to committees in planning and/or achieving Roadmap goals
• Join in teams working on specific goals to help that goal reach completion. This may include supporting a specific committee to plan or achieve a goal or working with the team at large.
• Update Roadmap documentation to ensure it is kept up to date
• Assist in preparing quarterly reports
• Suggest improvements in team workflows to help make the team’s work more efficient and sustainable

• Experience managing or contributing to projects from start to finish
• Trusted to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

Requirements:

• Must have served three months as an OTW volunteer in any role.

Training requirements: Training on workgroup documentation, standards, and workflows will be provided.
