Board Documents

The OTW Board of Directors has a quarterly public meeting on Discord. The schedule for these meetings is viewable on the Board Calendar. After each meeting, the Board publishes meeting minutes detailing what was discussed.

Governing Documents

These are the foundational documents that the OTW was created under and which give us our legal basis as an organization.

Annual Reports

Each year, the Communications committee writes and publishes a report on the events and highlights of the previous year inside the OTW. These reports will contain major milestones for our projects, committees, and the organization as a whole. They also contain a copy of our financials for the previous year.

501(c)(3) Filing Documents

To establish the OTW as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the following documents were submitted to the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for review and approval. They have been listed below for historical purposes.

Form 990

In order to maintain our status as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, each year the OTW submits a Form 990 to the IRS detailing information about the organization. After the form is submitted to the IRS, it is uploaded here.

Audited Financial Statements

These are records of the OTW’s financial statements from the previous year, after they have been reviewed by an independent auditing firm for accuracy and integrity.

On occasion, the OTW will publish other reports or important documents. These will be listed below.
