October Membership Drive: Donation issue affecting Internet Explorer users

We’ve received a few reports from Internet Explorer users who’ve encountered a difficulty with the donation process. These users selected PayPal as their payment method, but were routed to the “I will send payment by check” option instead.

We are researching this issue and will correct it as soon as possible. In the meantime, we recommend using a browser other than Internet Explorer when making a donation.

If you have encountered this issue, please contact Development & Membership and we will be happy to cancel the affected donation. We would appreciate it if you would let us know what browser version and operating system you are using.
