Five Transformative Years: OTW October Membership Drive

In 2007, fans came together to establish the Organization for Transformative Works. We dreamed of a future in which all fannish works are recognized as legal and transformative. We dreamed of preserving the unique histories of our fannish communities for future generations. We dreamed of an archive of our own. Since then, hundreds of fans have given of their time, money, and creativity to help bring those dreams to life.

This year the OTW celebrates its fifth anniversary. We couldn’t have reached this milestone without your support — and during our membership drive from now through October 17, we’re asking you to show your support again. Become an OTW member by making a donation of US$10 or more.

If you donate US$50 or more, you can choose to receive one of our exciting new thank-you gifts:

• OTW 5th Anniversary Magnet (US$50 or above) — Our commemorative magnet measures 3 inches (7.62 cm) in diameter and is printed on heavy-duty magnetic stock suitable for outdoor use. It’s a great way to display your OTW love on your car, fridge, or locker!
