Board meetings are public meetings of the OTW Board of Directors held approximately once every three months. They are intended as an opportunity for OTW members, volunteers, and others to learn more about the latest decisions of the Board, ask questions, and speak directly to the Board about the direction they wish the OTW to move in.

The normal agenda of a Board meeting is:

• The Board shares a list of all the decisions they’ve voted on since the last meeting.
• Then, the Board takes any votes they have scheduled for that meeting (this is uncommon outside of the first meeting following a Board election).
• Next, they provide updates on other topics they’ve scheduled for discussion, such as an update on the progress of a Board or OTW project.
• Finally, they open the floor for questions from the public.
