Board Directors are elected by OTW members during an annual election in August. Typically, two to three Directors are elected each year. Any OTW volunteer who meets the eligibility requirements, including the requirement to serve under their legal name, can nominate themselves as a candidate.

If you’re interested in voting in an OTW Board election, you need to donate USD$10 to the OTW before June 30 and select “Yes” in response to the question: “Do you want to be an OTW member?” to be eligible to vote in that year’s Board election.
