The average day of a Board Director varies depending on the projects the Board is working on and what’s coming up in the near future. If a Director is taking point on a project, they may be researching, talking with stakeholders, or soliciting input from OTW volunteers. If there’s a public Board meeting soon, Directors will be working on asking committees for updates to reply to questions from the public with, preparing reports on Board work to share with attendees, and more.

In contrast to things that change seasonally/depending on workload, there are also some tasks that are constant, such as voting on items sent to Board for approval or responding to emails from people with questions.
