Open Session
- Keeping track of all the various communications that come to board is proving difficult. In an effort to keep things moving smoothly, an ‘on call’ system where one board member each week tracks and manages incoming emails, forwards to the relevant person and makes sure that person deals with it in a timely fashion will be trialed for the next two weeks and reassessed at the next meeting.
- The mailing list settings will also be changed so replies actually go to the sender instead of just the list
- The AO3 Terms of Service changes are live, with the out-dated section about users not being able to delete works in challenges removed
- Finance update:
Checking $407,290.90 CD $10,146.98 PayPal #1 $14,499.01 PayPal #2 $1,366.87 _______________________________ Total $433,303.76
- The second PayPal account keeps reactivating due to a recurring donation, it will be dealt with and should hopefully stay deactivated after
- We’re waiting for the assessment from the CPA before moving forward on that front
- We’ve contacted a tax preparer about getting the 2015 taxes sorted out
- And we’re still dealing with handover issues, apologies for appearing to move so slowly, every time we think everything is sorted some other new issue pops up
