2. Discussion of a confidential staffing issue.
3. Discussion of a suggestion that each Board officer be paired with a vice-officer to encourage better continuity of leadership, knowledge transfer, and division of labor.

5. Discussion of Secretary role potentially moving to Maia, who has tentatively agreed subject to some process changes. Maia will initiate an e-mail thread for further discussion.
