MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING

DECISIONS TAKEN SINCE THE LAST MEETING

1.  Finalising liaisons
2.  Adding new staff to ADT
3.  Adding new OD Co-chair (Jay Bee)
4.  Adding new staff to I&O
5.  Adding new staff to Tag Wranglers
6.  Resignation – Julia Beck
7.  Decided 5 Board members are quorum while Board has 8 members.

OPEN SESSION

1.  Open Doors is working on 852 Prospect stuff.
2.  AD&T is on schedule for January release and will then work on priorities for the next 3 months.
3.  VolCom’s been working with the SWTS results and trying to get everyone hooked in where they need to be for the start of term.
4.  Strat Planning is moving along and considering adding a new staff member.
5.  I&O added a new staffer, as did Strat Plan–both of these are already serving with the Org, so won’t be going to Board for approval.
6.  Webmasters and DevMem are both gearing up for their first meetings next week and are both going to be spending some time developing job descriptions in the near future.
7. Wiki is gearing up, we’ll be talking more over the next week.

CLOSED SESSION

1.  Discussed meetings times for Board (3 slots, rotating to allow for different timezones attending while awake)
2.  send a reminder to staff on Mondays
3.  Invite staff to submit agenda items if they need to, as
4.  comments on writeboard
5.  Close the agenda at 23:59 PM UTC thursday
6.  Cat has joined Abuse as a staff member.
7.  Financial update from sanders: Paypal: 27479.12 BofA: 47602.29, CD: 10080.10, Unrestricted funds: 75081.41
