MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING

PRESENT: Rachel Barenblat, Ira Gladkova, Sheila Lane, Allison Morris, Kristen Murphy
ABSENT: Hele Braunstein, Francesca Coppa

OPEN SESSION

1. The minutes from July 20 were approved via e-mail.
2. VolCom updates from Allison: strategic plan roadmap, conduct policy, database transfer, and internal forum are all making progress.
3. Ira reported that 16Bugs has been increasingly unstable; Support and AD&T have been in touch to ensure progress on the support board that will eventually replace it.
4. Kristen reported that the style fixes for the Transformative Works and Cultures website have gone live; the Webmasters are currently working on fixing the redirect so that site visitors don’t have to go through an extra click to reach the journal.
5. Rachel reported that Wiki has been pretty quiet lately, and that a new staffer has expressed interest in joining the committee.
6. Sheila reported that she has a potential new Finance staffer and will request Board approval via e-mail.
