We have included more information on each role below. Open roles and applications will always be available at the volunteering page. If you don’t see a role that fits with your skills and interests now, keep an eye on the listings. We plan to put up new applications every few weeks, and we will also publicize new roles as they become available.

Finance Committee Staff: The OTW is reforming its Finance committee with the goal of standardising and streamlining our processes dealing with requesting and approving expenses, maintaining books, making payments and reconciling accounts—from creating and improving internal procedures to communicating with external contractors, OTW committees and the Board of Directors. Finance members are responsible for keeping the our books accurate, making and tracking payments, working with the Board on creating and updating the budget, ensuring that the OTW meets all its tax filing requirements, and preparing and releasing accurate and informative financial statements.

We need motivated volunteers with a background in accounting to help us get solid and sustainable processes in place, and to keep the system moving once we’re settled. If you’d like to work on this, please apply!
